Welcome to the website of the Crescent Garden community. We hope that you get a lot of enjoyment out of the site as well as finding a lot of useful information. The site has been designed to give you some background about how this unique community is run, let you know the history of the Garden and also give you a lot of practical information that we hope will be helpful in your day to day lives. The site has a strong emphasis on user generated content i.e we will be looking to you the residents of the gardens to upload material to inform, entertain and help your fellow residents. In the Photo Gallery, we want you to upload your photos taken around the gardens, in the Gardens History section we are looking to you to fill out the history by adding things you know happened in and around the area, and in the Community Noticeboard we’ll be looking to you to give tips to your fellow residents on everything from reliable builders to good local restaurants.
You will see the Navigation Menu to your left. This appears on every page so you an quickly jump from one section of the site to another. When you are in a section, a sub-menu will often appear showing you all the pages in that section. Certain sections, like the Photo Gallery and the Community Noticeboard are only available to residents who have registered and logged in to the site, so they won’t appear in the menu until you are logged in.
Below is a quick summary of what’s in each section:

- News – The latest things you need to know about our community
- Events – The Garden Committee puts on three events throughout the year – The Summer Party in late June, Fireworks Night in November, and Christmas Carols. Here you can find all you need to now about the next event
- Garden Rules – Here you can find the rules that users of the gardens must adhere to, and the Rent Charge Deed that all purchasers of properties adjoining the Gardens agree to adhere to
- Newsletters – The Garden Committee produces a quarterly newsletter. Here you will find the current and edition, and previous ones for the last year
- Photo Gallery – See your fellow residents’ best shots of the Gardens and the people and animals who share it, and upload your own
- Community History – The history of the Garden and the things that have happened around it. Add any stories that you know of
- FAQ’s – Answers to those questions most frequently asked by members of our community
- Useful Information and Links – Everything from when is your rubbish collected to how to appeal your parking fine !
- Contact Us – How to contact the committee, the Crescent Amenity and the website administrators
- Community Noticeboard – An interactive treasure trove of useful information. Find out if there are any flats to buy or let on the Gardens, get recommendations for builders, gardeners, babysitters and much, much more. Put up your own recommendations.
