    We have family coming to visit from 19 December for two weeks and wanted to see whether anyone might be going away over this period and wanted to rent out their property as we will be struggling to fit everyone in at our place. Alternatively, it can be structured as a house swap over this time with a property in Sydney, Australia (which has flexible dates if needed in December to mid January).     I’m currently renting on Randolph Avenue and I’m looking to move into a flat share in the neighbourhood (I’m saving money to buy a flat in the area).
